Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING INFORMATION

We know that you want to get your hands on your new purchase fast!  That is why we always endeavour to place our orders as soon as possible and get your products to you in the 1-4 week time frame (depending on the origin of your purchase). Some heels will already be in stock and others will have to be ordered in from the US.

A. TRACKING YOUR ORDER

 All shoes are posted out "Express Post" so they are trackable and signed for.

For Australian customers, if you are not home at the time of delivery, you will be left a calling card and your parcel will be redirected to your local post office.  Please take the calling care and your photo ID to your local post office for collection.

For New Zealand customers, if you are not home at the time of delivery, you will be left with a calling card by DHL and you can contact DHL Express to reschedule redelivery on 0800 800 020.

B. DELIVERY TIME

Generally orders take 1-4 weeks to get to you.  This depends on the origin of your purchase.

1. INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

We ship worldwide with Australia Post in conjunction with your country’s national postal service (USPS, Royal Mail, Candada Post etc).

If you have not received your order after 10 working days, please track your package to find its location and call your national postal service with the tracking number.

2. OTHER INTERNATIONAL DESTINATIONS

If your destination is not available for online tracking, your order will be sent via International Registered Post.  Although International Registered Post is not traceable online, it is still extremely safe and requires a signature on delivery.

If you do not receive your order after 10 working days, please email us immediately and we will call Australia Post for you to locate your package.


3. CUSTOMS DUTIES AND TAXES FOR NEW ZEALAND & INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

While we will do our best to avoid and reduce the customs duties and taxes on New Zealand and International orders, however, in the event that an international shipment attracts custom duties and taxes the customer is required to pay all the Customs, Duties and Taxes on their order.


RETURNS POLICY

To ensure you are 110% happy with your purchase, items can be returned within 21 days of purchase for Store Credit or an exchange with postage both ways the customers expense.

Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds on change of mind or incorrect sizing purchases.  Customers who received an item with a manufacturing fault or incorrectly to the item ordered are entitled to a full refund.
